I am deeply committed to life.

I do what I love to do: I work with people proposing development on the path of self-realization. For this I use a consolidated knowledge in more than two decades of work, with Psychoanalysis, Body Therapies, Energy Therapies as Reiki, Bach Flowers Remedies, among others. Meditation. And art!

 

I practice Yoga, I am a continuous seeker looking for evolution in my concepts about living better and well-being. This is a live process, because we are always in transformation, whether we like it or not. I think our possible decisions are about how we will deal with these changes during our existence, if we will follow the flow or fight against it. From an early age I began to understand that I could accept my changes and learn from them. I could take advantage of every challenge and transform them into an opportunity to learn and mature. I found out that all of that could become a new path for me. Even though, I’m looking for a path of least resistance, nothing is simple: it is necessary to continuously learn, with each experience, each day.

 

There are no formulas.

There are ways.

There are choices.

 

In this live and learn, in 2008, I got in touch with an incredible knowledge of the Hawaiian culture, Ho'oponopono, 100% responsibility for everything that happens around me, in my life. In 2012 I attended my first class of Basic I, and it was there that I realized how much I would like to join these people who are dedicated to spread it around the world. I am accomplishing this purpose in 2018, assuming Ho'oponopono's Basic I Class Coordination by IZI LLC sponsors I-Dentity through Ho'oponopono® (SITH®) in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

 

I’m deeply grateful for this singular moment.  It’s an opportunity to contribute to spread this wonderful knowledge, which, since my first contact with has made, and has continued made, all the difference in my life.

 

There is a before and an after in my life, and between these two instances, there is the Ho'oponopono - 100% of responsibility assumed at each moment. And this changes everything!
